First, press the Windows key to display the Start menu, type "Reset this pc" and then press Enter to select the "Reset this PC" option This will open the recovery window. From here, click the “Get Started” button in the “Reset this PC” section. After you click Get Started, choose Keep My Files if you want the device to save your existing files and folders. Alternatively, choose Remove All to delete everything. For the Keep Files option, press the Next button and click Reset to finish the operation.
