Do You Have A Manifesting Journal? |
Posted: December 21, 2020 |
Whether or not you believe in the law of attraction or manifesting, I think everyone should consider starting a daily practice answering one or more manifesting journal prompts! Why? Because it helps you to get centered and laser-sharp focused on what you want in your life. I’ve had excellent results manifesting all sorts of things with various law of attraction tricks and methods, but journaling is by far my favorite, and it’s so easy to do. While you can answer these journal prompts anywhere (any effort is better than none at all), I highly recommend the tried-and-true pen and paper method. Ideally, you would purchase a single notebook where you’d keep your responses in one handy place. If you prefer, you can also type your answers in an online document or even use a free online journal service like livejournal.com. The most important thing, though, is that you do it! Another tip is that it shouldn’t feel like a burden or take significant time out of your day. If you’re not enjoying the process or feel like it’s a chore – don’t do it. That could actually work against you!
Instead, take five minutes or so either at the beginning or end of each day and do the following: 1. Sit at your desk and take a few deep breaths 2. Pick a journal prompt to answer 3. Think honestly about your response 4. Spend a couple of minutes writing it down
And that’s it!
Make sure you don’t go overboard, making things too complicated. And also, make sure you’re sincere and authentic with yourself. Sometimes I think people tend to bow to societal pressure and think we “should” want certain things – but deep down inside, we are different. It’s your space and your time to be you! Don’t be afraid to daydream a little bit and run away with all the possibilities, too! In my opinion, that’s where the real magic happens. The first step to achieving is believing! To help you get started, here are five of my favorite law of attraction journal prompts:
1. Imagine you are your highest level self – career, body, health, relationships, lifestyle. How is it different from who you are right now? 2. Night exercise – Write down a script of how you wish your day would have gone. 3. What is your deepest, most burning desire right at this moment? 4. What do you feel is holding you back from living your dream life? 5. If you could pick just one motivation for wanting to manifest more in your life, what would it be?
