Daily obligations, our work, worries and problems are all causing our body and soul to become intoxicated with bad energy. And admit it, you’ve probably promised yourself a thousand times that you will start doing more in order to purify your body and soul, but you simply haven’t found time yet to do so. Well, it is finally time to devote some care to your body and soul and here are a couple of great ways to achieve this and sweep stress out of your life. Establish a Morning RoutineA good start towards detoxing your body and soul is by establishing your morning routine. By having full control over the first half an hour of your day you gain the power to become more positive and improve your beliefs and thoughts during the rest of the day. Start each morning by drinking a glass of water at room temperature first, right after getting out of bed. The best thing you can do for your mind and soul is to take a break from all social media. Why? Well, all this information is constantly being processed by our brains and they are greatly impacting our mood, stress levels and health overall. If you wish, you can create your own little schedule when you’re not going to even touch your phone, but make sure to never scroll through social media first thing in the morning or the last thing before going to sleep.
