Renovating the Home of the Founders Parkway One of Las Vegas' most loved parts is the Founders Parkway. It is situated between Southwestern Las Vegas and the Paris Las Vegas Boulevard, it's only a short distance towards the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip. However, the beautiful scenery you will see is not only found on the Strip. There are numerous beautiful landscaping options available along the Parkway and a walking path composed of wooden planks, and paved paths that lead to Castle Rock. One of the interesting aspects of the plan of the paving that is on the Founders Parkway is that of its style and appearance in comparison to other public works of the same nature in Las Vegas. A stone bench is located at the entry point of the parkway between two stone columns. The bench is, however, unlike other Las Vegas parksways, the rectangular shape of this bench is more popular than the traditional round shape. Along the edges of the stone bench concrete has been utilized in various interesting designs. Concrete patios are available in six different patterns. Two concrete pavers featured in the design are concrete tabs. The concrete tabs are similar in design to the typical concrete patio located in Las Vegas. Concrete used to design the Castle Rock section is colored to blend into the environment. In the same way, the coloration is subtle enough so that the concrete is not a distraction from the natural beauty that is found in the area. The three other concrete elements of the design are constructed out of large rock forms. Each of these massive rock shape is colored to make the rocks stand out from concrete. The concrete used in this particular section of the project is colored in red to help distinguish it from the other concrete sections that are located around the parkway. There are 11 colors in total for the concrete design of the project. The Parkway feels like a completely distinct environment from the rest of the development due to the designers chose to use a wide range of colors. The replacement of concrete walkways and ramps at the ground with granite pavers was another major improvement in the construction of CastleRock's section of Las Vegas Strip. The unique color pattern of these pavers blends seamlessly into the surrounding area. The granite pavers look more attractive than the rest. They also make it easier to walk on and give the driveway a smoother feel in the rain. The Las Vegas Strip has a covered walkway, which is a design modification. The covered walkway was constructed to stop people from walking on the exposed roots along the tree-lined beach. This design can also help prevent erosion as rainwater is able to drain into the ocean. Concrete sealants are not needed because the concrete used to construct the walkway is already in place. Instead, the pavers feature special waterproof materials that are durable and heat-resistant. Castle Rock is a great place to live. The climate is semitropical with mild winters and warm summers. The soil is sandy, and is perfect for planting flowers. It is possible to grow anything from desert flowers to shrubs, desert grasses evergreens, even evergreens. The land also is sloped towards the southern part of the Strip which creates cooler conditions for houses in this area of the city. In addition to offering stunning views of the Strip The stone-lined picnic area at the eastern part of the drive also provides residents with a place to rest. The stone bench has seating and lets you get away from the hustle and bustle of the casino floor. Due to the stone, it is not just practical, but also an aesthetic delight. If you stroll down to the deck's edge to enjoy your lunch or relax under the sun's rays on the Strip you'll be amazed by how the stones bring the outside in.
