An important role in diagnostic information is played by vibration sensors installed in control systems. Using the data received from them allows you to accurately diagnose equipment and rationally eliminate emerging defects in time. The principle of operation of the vibration sensor The device has a built-in sensitive element, which converts the mechanical vibrations of various units (pumps, electric motors, turbines and other equipment) into electrical signals. Sensor sensitivity Depending on the task, choose devices with different sensitivities. - Miniature vibration sensors sensitivity in the range of 0.5 mV / g -33 mV / g. - Devices of general purpose (sensitivity about 100 mV/g, frequency range - 0.5 Hz-10 kHz); - Sensors for industrial use - devices with a sensitivity in the range of 10 mV / g -100 mV / g; explosion-proof execution is possible. - Highly sensitive sensors (over 500 mV/g) are used to measure vibrations of engineering structures and facilities (mechanical and seismic vibrations). Vibration sensors are characterized by high impact resistance and natural frequency and low self-noise.
