Myths About Polyester Lanyards |
Posted: February 16, 2023 |
My medical company releases new medical formulations on a regular basis, for which it issues press releases. These press conferences are attended by the same invited journalists - around 100 in total, with a few exceptions.
As a result, my firm's design team created a simple design that included the company colours. The corporate name was additionally embossed on top of the colourful backdrop, and the words "Press Release" were added. It was a simple, straightforward design.
I bought 200 Polyester Lanyards, of which perhaps 100 were distributed during the initial press release. During the second press release, approximately 70 journalists arrived with the lanyards they had received the first press release, thus I was only able to distribute approximately 70 lanyards.
I assume full responsibility for having planned this. But in order for this to operate properly, I needed to accomplish two things: first, create a design that would work for all press releases, and second, order lanyards that were both pleasant to wear and long-lasting.
My design team met the first condition, and Polyester Lanyards met the second. Many newcomers have the notion that flat polyester lanyards are made of polyester and that everything else is the same. This is incorrect.
Polyester is a challenging material to print on. As a result, simple designs, such as a simple, single-color background with some plain writing on them, produce the best results. There are no logos, monograms, photos, or elaborate styles. If you deviate from this, your flat polyester lanyard will seem sloppy, and other types of lanyards are ideal for such designs.
Polyester lanyards are printed using a technique called 'screen printing,' which is essentially a printing technique. The artwork is ironed directly into the material and lies on top of the polyester material in this way. The roughness of the material makes fine printing nearly impossible. Flat polyester lanyards are thus utilized in situations where quality is not a concern and the design is quite simple.
Flat polyester lanyards are long-lasting and cost-effective to acquire. We utilize polyester lanyards for press releases where the only requirement is to limit admission to those who have been invited. They are only worn for a few hours before being removed. Naturally, we utilize a more expensive version of lanyards for conferences attended by medical specialists.
After conducting some internet research for Polyester Lanyards in Ireland, I discovered that the staff at Ireland Lanyards was the most reasonably priced. While I had the design ready, they also provide a free design service, which is ideal for those that require it. While I don't need any more right now, I will in a few months, and I will re-order printed polyester lanyards from www.irelandlanyards.com.
