As long as you stick with the inkjet copier you will get more or less all prints of the same colour. In two different days on the same copier, not exactly the same colour with the same type of paper but the same image in terms of colour fastness. Inkjets are not the same colour every day, but laser colours can be more inappropriate. Where you get really serious colour differences is to switch from one brand of paper to another on the same Xerox machine on rent. Because each paper mill uses different chemicals on its inkjet coatings, the ink reacts differently.
Calibration of copiers and ink requires colour management tools and software. If you print multiple copies, or print a little first and then resubmit and print the next day, the colours may change so the exact colour matching is not yet perfect on most desktop laser copiers. New copiers being released this year have tried to improve hardware and software addresses these known shortcomings.
Today, discount copiercolour cartridges are available online and people can opt for them instead of expensive cartridges and save money. Online stores are full of such cartridges. When you buy a copier, you invest together. Daily use of the copier Printer Rent can lead to problems such as ink expiration and the need to obtain or refill new cartridges.
